【仕事内容】
営業チームを率いて、売上および成⾧目標の達成を支援する、意欲的で成果志向の営業マネ
ージャーを募集しています。戦略的な営業計画の立案、チームとの円滑なコミュニケーショ
ン、パフォーマンスの監視、顧客との強固な関係構築を通じて、⾧期的な成功を目指しま
す。
【主な業務内容】
- 月次・年次の売上目標達成に向けた営業活動の統括
- 営業戦略・計画・プロセスの策定および実行
- 必要に応じて営業担当者への指導・研修・メンタリングの提供
- 主要顧客との関係構築および維持
- 営業データの分析による傾向・機会・改善点の特定
- グループ営業チーム、生産部門、品質・歩留まりチームとの連携
- 価格戦略、契約交渉、事業開発活動への参画
- 定期的な報告書の作成および経営陣への営業成果の報告
