【英語力/職種経験不問】日系アカウント向け営業
■業務概要
日系顧客のオフィスや工場向けに、自販機設置の新規営業活動をしていただきます。顧客から直接の支払いは発生せず飲料メーカーからマージンが発生するビジネススキームのため、関係性が構築できれば他営業と比較して契約が取りやすいモデルとなっています。日系アカウントが主要顧客のため英語力は不問ですが、英語力や中国語力があれば欧米系や中華系の企業を開拓していただくことも可能です。実績に応じて毎月インセンティブも発生するため、モチベーション高く業務に取り組んでいただける環境です。
■業務詳細
・新規顧客とのアポイント取得、商談
・既存顧客のケア（メール、電話、対面）から、改善提案、関係維持
・企業イベントへの参加
・契約書の作成及びその管理
・レポート作成、会議資料の作成と参加
・ローカルスタッフの管理、教育（または教育サポート）
■応募要件
・日本語：ネイティブ
・チームワークでの作業が得意な方
・学習意欲が強く、⾧期的視点で成⾧する意思が強い方
■歓迎要件
・テレアポや新規顧客開発の経験のある方
・海外留学や駐在等、海外での勤務経験がある方
■オファー内容（勤務条件）
・給与：Gross2,500USD/月～ 要相談
・インセンティブ制度あり
・個人所得税は企業負担
