Job Title: Japanese Speaking Business Development Consultant

Location: Bangkok
Working condition: Monday-Friday, 9.00 - 17.00 

About the Role:

Our client, a well-established business consulting firm, is seeking a bilingual Business Development Consultant fluent in Japanese to support their expansion in the Thai and regional markets. This role is ideal for someone with strong business communication skills in Japanese and a passion for client engagement and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with Japanese corporate clients.

• Communicate professionally in Japanese for meetings, presentations, and documentation.

• Understand client business needs and propose tailored consulting solutions.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities within Japanese business communities.

• Translate and interpret between Japanese, Thai, and English as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Japanese Studies, or related field.

• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1 or N2 required), with strong English and Thai communication skills.

• Experience in business development, client engagement, or consulting—preferably in a professional services or agency setting.

• Strong understanding of Japanese business culture and etiquette.

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills.
