Job Description
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
- ตรวจสอบเกี่ยวกับวัตถุดิบ การบันทึกการซื้อ การเบิกใช้งาน กระทบยอดรายงานต่าง ๆ ในระบบ ERP รวมถึงการวิเคราะห์เพื่อหาข้อผิดพลาดต่าง ๆ และเสนอแนวทางแก้ไข
- ตรวจสอบต้นทุนอะไหล่ ค่าซ่อมแซม การบันทึกการซื้อ การเบิกใช้งาน กระทบยอดรายงานต่าง ๆ ในระบบ ERP รวมถึงการวิเคราะห์เพื่อหาข้อผิดพลาดต่าง ๆ และเสนอแนวทางแก้ไข
- ตรวจสอบการบันทึกสินทรัพย์ของบริษัท เช่น เครื่องจักร ที่ดิน อาคาร และอุปกรณ์ รวมถึงการคำนวณค่าเสื่อมราคา และการจัดการสินทรัพย์กรณีมีการจำหน่าย ทำลาย หรือสูญหาย พร้อมกระทบยอดรายงานต่าง ๆ ในระบบ ERP และวิเคราะห์เพื่อหาข้อผิดพลาดต่าง ๆ และเสนอแนวทางแก้ไข
- คำนวณกำไรขาดทุนของสินค้าแต่ละรุ่น (Package)
- คำนวณและปิดต้นทุนประจำเดือน รวมถึงการบันทึกรายการบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับต้นทุน และรายการปรับปรุงต่าง ๆ
- จัดทำรายงานวิเคราะห์ต้นทุน
- จัดทำแผนการใช้งบประมาณของบริษัท (Budget Plan) รวมถึงรายงานต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
คุณสัมบัติ
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์งานบัญโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบบัญชีต้นทุน และโปรแกรมทางบัญชี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ในระดับดี (Excel, Word, PowerPoint เป็นต้น)
- เคยมีประสบการณ์ในการใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี ERP หรือโปรแกรมบัญชีสำเร็จรูปอื่น ๆ ที่มีลักษณะการทำงานใกล้เคียงกัน
