会社概要 ：
自動車・建設機械・電動工具向けの中小型鋳物部品を製造するメーカーで、2024年にタイ・サムットプラカーンに加工拠点を設立。
現在は日本から素材を供給し、タイで切削加工後に日本へ輸出する体制ながら、将来的には日系顧客を中心に現地での事業拡大を目指しており、
製造責任者候補の採用を通じて技術・マネジメント体制の強化を図っている。
職務内容 ：
日本本社から移管された製品について、現地での量産開始に向け、品質保証体制の構築から運用までを一貫して担当していただきます。
具体的には、以下の業務をお任せします。
■品質管理・品質保証体制の構築と運用
日本から輸入する鋳物や、今後は現地調達する鉄素材の受け入れ検査
タイ工場における品質保証体制の構築と運用
■技術指導
現地タイ人スタッフへの品質管理および検査技術の指導
■生産プロセスへの関与
切削加工プロセスの改善や生産性向上への参画
【求められる人材像】
必須
■鋳物の品質保証経験をお持ちの方
（タイの素材メーカーに指導出来るレベルが望ましい）

■自動車部品メーカーでの技術経験をお持ちの方
■CAD/CAMの使用経験をお持ちの方
■自ら考え行動できる方
