世界中に拠点を置くグローバルIT企業です。本ポジションでは、営業マネージャー統括としてチームを率いながら、コンサルティングセールスとしての役割も担い、既存顧客へのアップセルや広告運用の最適化機会を見つけ出し、顧客のビジネス成長に貢献していただきます。
職務内容
・協調的なチームを作り、チームメンバーのオンボーディング、トレーニング、パフォーマンス管理、キャリア開発をサポートする。
・データ分析に基づき主要顧客アカウントの成長機会を特定し、戦略を策定。
※四半期に2～3回程度のAPAC地域への出張あり。
・主要顧客アカウントの指標を追跡し、収益予測やパイプライン、顧客維持率に関する定期的なレポートを作成する。
・顧客維持と既存ビジネスの拡大に注力し、四半期ごとの収益目標を達成する。
・新規顧客の成功に向け、他部署と連携して戦略を立案・実行。
・四半期ごとのビジネスレビューや戦略会議を通じて、主要クライアントの上層部との関係を構築・維持する。
【求められる人材像】
・デジタル広告における4年以上の営業経験
・営業またはアカウント管理チームのマネジメント経験2年以上
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
・コミュニケーション能力や高い分析力をお持ちの方
