Description

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting in both Japanese and English.
  • Respond to and resolve IT-related inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Document and manage support tickets accurately in the tracking system.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to specialized teams when necessary.
  • Assist with user account management, including password resets and access permissions.
