We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment excellence in a fast-paced, global e-commerce and technology environment. In this role, you will design and deliver talent strategies that attract top professionals, ensure seamless candidate experiences, and directly shape the company's ability to achieve its ambitious growth goals. You'll also collaborate with international teams, making a global impact while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

• Design and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
• Source, engage, and attract top domestic and international candidates
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a strong candidate journey
• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders across functions
• Lead recruitment projects to improve processes and employer branding initiatives
• Use data and metrics to optimize recruitment efficiency and outcomes
• Oversee and develop a multinational recruitment team

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 3年以上の中途採用または人材紹介業での経験（ビジネス職または技術職）
• フルサイクルリクルーティングおよび戦略的タレントソーシングの経験
• 多様なステークホルダーとの強力なコミュニケーション・交渉・プレゼン能力

• 戦略的思考力と柔軟な課題解決力
• 多文化環境での協働スキル
• データ活用によるプロセス改善能力

• 日本語: ネイティブまたはビジネスレベル
• 英語: ビジネスレベル（TOEIC 800点以上または同等）

• Excel・PowerPointを用いたレポーティング経験
• 採用KPI・業務改善経験
• 多国籍・クロスカルチャーチームでの採用経験

• 多国籍チームでのクロスカルチャー経験

• Minimum 3 years in mid-career recruitment or agency recruiting (business or technical roles)
• Proven ability in full-cycle recruitment and strategic talent sourcing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving in fast-changing environments
• Excellent stakeholder management across diverse cultures
• Data-driven mindset for performance improvement

• Japanese: Business-level (native preferred)
• English: Business-level (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent)

• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint reporting
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and employer branding strategies
• Leadership in multinational or cross-cultural recruitment teams
