法務担当として、主に以下の業務をお任せいたします。
少数精鋭かつ幅広い事業展開により、幅広い法務/コンプライアンス分野の業務に従事していただけます。
また、高い海外売上比率と複数の海外拠点から、ご希望・ご経験により、海外拠点とのコミュニケーションを通してグローバルに活躍することが可能です。
■具体的には
・契約書レビュー(和7：英3)
・事業部門からの法務相談対応
・訴訟・紛争対応（国内法務および海外法務）
・国内外子会社・関連会社の法務支援
・国内外弁護士との連携
・国内外コンプライアンス業務
・デューデリジェンス、M&Aなどの戦略法務案件
・後輩育成、指導
契約法務/コンプライアンス業務の双方に従事していただけます。
【年俸】
500万円～700万円
