ザ・ペニンシュラ東京では、施設管理マネージャー を募集しています。
業務内容
- ディレクター及びアシスタントディレクターとともにチームを指導し・各プロジェクトを管理する。
- 大規模な改修など、協力会社やベンダーとの連携
- 各工程、実施状況を確認し、ディレクター及びアシスタントディレクターへ報告する
- ホテルなど管轄施設の設備やインフラの保守、メンテナンスを行う
- 安全及び環境規制・基準などコンプライアンス遵守をチーム内に徹底させる
- 予算管理、リソース管理など
