• Achieve project goals with accelerated and sustained improvements in cash flow, resilience, and growth across procurement, logistics, operations, and data analytics.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• PMP certification a plus.
• 10+ years of supply chain and logistics experience.
• Direct experience in designing and implementing systems, processes and tools to address supply chain challenges, as well as developing and executing strategies.
• Experience working in a consulting company. For example, experience in multiple modes of transportation (TL, LTL, chemical transportation).
• Experience leading the execution of complex contracts.
• Ability to solve complex business problems, respond quickly to changing customer needs, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivation, initiative and attention to detail required.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, excellent facilitation skills

Language: Fluent Japanese, business level English.

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• PMP Eligibility Plus.
• 10+ years of chain supply and logistics experience.
• Direct experience in the design and implementation of systems, processes, and tools to address supply chain challenges, as well as strategy development and implementation.
• Work experience at a consulting firm. eg Background in multiple forms of transportation (TL, LTL, chemical transport).
• Experience leading the execution of complex contracts.
• Ability to solve complex business challenges, adapt quickly to changing customer needs, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
