• ITプロジェクトのエンドツーエンドのデリバリーをリードし、スケジュール、予算、品質基準の遵守を確保します。
• クライアントの主要な連絡窓口として、強い関係を築き、ビジネス目標との整合性を確保します。
• オフショアとオンサイトのチームと協力し、リソース、リスク、プロジェクトのマイルストーンを管理します。
• デリバリープロセスと手法の継続的な改善を推進する。  
• プロジェクトマネージャーと技術チームへのリーダーシップとメンタリングを提供する。  
• 現地の規制と会社方針への準拠を確保する。  
• Lead end to end delivery of IT projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with offshore and onsite teams to manage resources, risks, and project milestones.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

• 日本語と英語での優れた口頭および書面でのコミュニケーション能力を有するネイティブ日本語話者。  
• ITデリバリー/プロジェクト管理における15年以上の経験。  
• ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル（SDLC）、アジャイル、DevOpsの実践に関する深い理解。
• 複数のプロジェクトとステークホルダーを管理する能力。  
• グローバルチームとクライアントとの業務経験。  
• コンピュータサイエンス、情報技術、または関連分野の学士号（修士号が望ましい）。  

推奨スキル：  

• PMP、スクラムマスター、または関連する認定資格。  

言語スキル：日本語ネイティブレベル（JLPT N ）とビジネスレベルの英語  

• Native Japanese speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English.
• 15+ years of experience in IT delivery/project management.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and DevOps practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Experience working with global teams and clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master¿s preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications.

Language Skills: Native level Japanese (JLPT N ) and Business level English
