Senior accountant at global food manufacturer with operations worldwide. This position is responsible for supporting a wide range of finance and accounting functions, including closing/reporting, account reconciliations, foreign exchange and tax matters, payroll administration, audit support and executive assistance.

Description

• Support for monthly closing data and quarterly consolidation package reporting
• Preparing specific account reconciliations (e.g. bank accounts, sundry accruals, income taxes)
• Asessing foreign exchange accounting, including the quarterly hedge accounting test
• Supporting tax accounting and reporting (via communication with the global and regional headquarters, local tax advisors, and tax authorities)
• Administrating payroll and associated benefits
• External/Internal audit support
• Asisting the non-Japanese finance director with Japanese

• 特定勘定の照合（銀行勘定、雑費引当、法人税など）
• 為替会計の支援および四半期ごとのヘッジ会計テストの実施
• 税務会計および報告の支援（グローバルおよび地域本社、外部税理士、税務当局との連携）
• 給与および関連福利厚生の管理
• 外部監査・内部監査サポート
• ファイナンスディレクターへの日本語文書対応サポート
