【外資系】 ビジネスアナリスト - プロダクト革新＆アジャイル推進（東京）

本ポジションは、ビジネスニーズとテクノロジーソリューションの橋渡し役として、プロダクト革新の推進およびエンド・ツー・エンドのデリバリー管理を担います。ビジネスアナリストとして、クロスファンクショナルチームと密に連携し、プロダクトロードマップの策定、要件定義、データ分析を通じて、ユーザーとビジネス双方に価値をもたらす機能設計を行います。アジャイル/Scrum環境での開発において、プロダクトローンチが戦略目標を確実に達成できるよう主導します。

• プロダクト革新の構想から納品までをリードする。
  
• プロダクトロードマップおよびバックログを策定・管理する。
  
• ビジネス要件を収集・分析し、実行可能な仕様に落とし込む。
  
• UX、エンジニアリング、QA、アナリティクスチームと連携し、影響力のあるプロダクトを提供する。
  
• データ分析を活用し、ユーザー体験とビジネス成果を高める機能を優先設計する。
  
• アジャイル/Scrumのプロセスに沿ってスプリント計画、レビュー、UATをサポートする。

This role bridges the gap between business needs and technology solutions, leading product innovation and managing end-to-end delivery. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, gather requirements, and use data insights to shape features that deliver value to both users and the business. Operating in an Agile/Scrum environment, you will be instrumental in ensuring product launches meet strategic objectives.

• Lead product innovation from concept through to delivery.
• Define and manage product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into actionable specifications.
• Collaborate with UX, Engineering, QA, and Analytics teams to deliver impactful products.
• Use data-driven insights to prioritise and design features that enhance user and business outcomes.
• Operate within Agile/Scrum frameworks, supporting sprint planning, reviews, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

必須条件 経験・資格：

• ビジネスアナリストまたはプロダクトオーナーとして5年以上の経験。
• アジャイル手法および**SDLC（ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル）**の深い理解。

• JIRA、Confluenceなどのプロジェクト管理ツールの使用経験。

• 優れたコミュニケーション能力、分析力、ステークホルダーマネジメント能力。

• 日本語: ビジネスレベル以上
• 英語: ビジネスレベル以上

• グローバル環境でのプロダクトデリバリー経験。
• 通信、製造、BFSI（銀行・金融・保険）業界での経験。

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.

• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management.

• Japanese: Fluent.
• English: Fluent.
