• Maintain, monitor, and optimize relational databases for performance and uptime

• Support database backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes

• Collaborate with developers to improve data models and SQL query efficiency

• Assist in cloud-based database provisioning (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Document database configurations, policies, and standard procedures

必須条件 経験・資格：

• データベースエンジニアやDBAとしての経験が1年以上
  
• MySQLやPostgreSQLなどリレーショナルデータベースの知識
  
• AWS、Azure、GCPいずれかのクラウドプラットフォーム利用経験
  
• Gitを使用したバージョン管理経験
  

• パフォーマンスの最適化と細部への分析力

• アジャイル環境でのチーム協働力

• 日本語： 日常会話レベル
• 英語： 中級〜ビジネスレベル

• データベースの性能チューニング経験
  
• CI/CDパイプラインや自動化ツールの利用経験
• ShellやPythonなどによる簡単なスクリプト作成スキル
  
• データベースのセキュリティポリシーやデータコンプライアンスの知識

• Minimum 1 year as a Database Engineer, DBA, or similar role

• Strong understanding of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar RDBMS

• Hands-on use of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Familiarity with Git for version control

• Strong attention to detail and performance optimization

• Ability to work collaboratively in agile, cross-functional teams

• Japanese: Conversational

• English: Intermediate to Business level

• Experience with database performance tuning and optimization

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation tools

• Basic scripting knowledge (Shell, Python, etc.)

• Understanding of database security and compliance standards
