• Analyze complex business trends using SQL, Excel, and BI tools such as Domo or Tableau

必須条件経験・資格：

• 3年以上のデータ分析・可視化業務の経験
• ピボットテーブル、関数などの優れたExcelスキル
• SQLを用いたデータ抽出・加工の実務経験
• Domo、TableauなどBIツールの実務経験

• 優れた分析的思考能力と細部への配慮
• 複雑なデータを明確でビジネスに関連した文脈に落とし込むスキルと論理的思考力

• 日本語： 中級〜ビジネスレベル
• 英語： 中級〜ビジネスレベル（社内ツールやメール対応で使用）

• Pythonによる簡単なスクリプト作成能力
• アジャイルまたはクロスファンクショナルチームでの勤務経験
• データガバナンスやデータ品質管理・精度基準に関する理解

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis and visualization

• Hands-on experience with SQL for querying and transforming datasets

• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and advanced functions

• Practical experience using Domo, Tableau, or similar BI platforms

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Ability to present complex data in clear, business-relevant narratives

• Japanese: Intermediate to Business-level

• English: Intermediate to Business-level

• Basic scripting ability in Python for data processing

• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional environments

• Understanding of data governance, quality, and accuracy standards
