法務担当として以下の業務を遂行いただく予定です。
・和文及び英文の各種契約書の作成・審査
・国内・海外企業を対象とするM Aや事業投資プロジェクト対応
・国内・海外の事業に関する法務相談対応（関係会社からの相談含む）
・国内・海外の訴訟・係争対応（関係会社からの相談含む）
・法務教育（担当する事業領域に関わる法務研修の実施等）

Required Skills
■必須要件
・法律事務所または事業会社における法務業務（国内及び海外）の実務経験3年以上
（定型的な英文契約書の作成や審査、基本的な法律相談等の業務を自己完結できる能力を想定しています。）
・ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC L R 目安730点以上）
■歓迎要件
・海外駐在経験または海外留学経験者
・ビジネスレベルの高い英語力（例：TOEIC L R860点以上、S130点以上、W140点以上）
・国内外法曹資格保有の方
・アジアまたはオセアニアの国内関連法規に関する知識を備えた方
・法務組織構築・強化の経験のある方、法務DX推進の経験のある方
