国内外製薬会社への当社ビジネスの紹介、技術説明、契約交渉、契約案等作成、契約締結作業、契約後のフォローアップ・アライアンスマネージメントを事業開発部長とともにご担当いただきます。
■職務内容■
・国内外製薬会社と取り組む共同創薬事業等についての契約交渉、契約案等作成、契約締結作業。
・国内外製薬会社への当社ビジネスの紹介（mRNA標的創薬プラットフォームのご提供）、技術説明等の営業活動。
・契約締結された共同創薬事業についての、共同研究先の製薬会との社アライアンスマネジメントとプロジェクトマネジメント。

Required Skills
【必須】
・国内外製薬会社・ベンチャー等での事業開発担当経験5年以上の方 ・国内外製薬会社・ベンチャー等でアライアンスマネジメントとプロジェクトマネジメントについての実経験5年以上の方 ・製薬会社での勤務経験、あるいは製薬業界、化学・食品業界、科学技術についての基礎的な理解を持つ方。
（化学、生物学、薬学、農学、医学等のいずれかの分野での学部卒、修士号保有が望ましい）
・ビジネスレベルの英語能力
（一般的なビジネス英語レベル必須、契約などの高度なビジネス英語は入社後のOJTでも可）
【尚可】
・修士、博士号（PhD）取得者
