・Financial Planning and Forecasting 研究開発費の予算・見込の管理
・Functional Budget and Headcount Reporting ・ 各部門の予算実績・要員数の取り纏めとレポーティング
・Financial Business Partnering ビジネスパートナーとして現場の戦略的な意思決定を支援
・System and Tools 予実差異分析や予算・見込の作成を容易にする各種システム・ツールの構築と改善

・専門知識とコミュニケーション力を駆使して部門やシニアマネジメントのニーズを把握し意思決定を支援できる方（積極的なコミュニケーション）
・海外関連会社とのやり取りを含むビジネスで不自由しない英会話力
・グローバル業務を含む5年以上の実務経験
【尚可】
・医薬品研究開発プロセスの理解
・簿記等の会計知識、税務に関わる知識
・研究開発費の予算管理システム・ツールの利用経験
【その他】
・周囲とのコミュニケーションを円滑に進められる方
