・コンプライアンス全般に係る基礎知識及び遵法意識
・コミュニケーション能力
・PCスキル：一定のPCスキル能力
＜あると望ましい経験・能力・資格など＞
・資産運用会社におけるコンプライアンスに関連する業務経験（3年程度以上）
・英語力（ビジネスレベル）
・弁護士又は税理士資格／ロースクール経験等
