【必要条件】
・製薬産業界でCNS分野での薬理研究員歴
・製薬産業界でブランド力あるポジション経歴（e.g 大手製薬企業ないしはバイオテックにて管理職以上の職位。）
・Ph.D （科学分野） またはMD
・深い科学的知識と、それを応用して革新的な医薬品を開発する能力
・戦略的思考能力、問題解決能力、および意思決定能力
・英語での全く問題のないコミュニケーション能力、対外的プレゼンテーション能力、および対外交渉力
・強力なリーダーシップ、チームマネジメント、および組織運営の経験
・バイオテクノロジー業界の動向、規制環境、および市場に関する深い理解
・創薬プログラムリード以上の実務経験
