社内体制に合わせて機器の入れ替えや更新を進めているインフラ部門にて、新たな導入・刷新プロジェクトのメンバーとしてご活躍いただける方を積極採用しております。
本ポジションに当たる方はエンドユーザー、社内関係者、ベンダーと日常的なコミュニケーションをとっていただきます。期待値としては、導入・刷新プロジェクトを滞りなく進めていただくことで会社全体のスムーズな運営を実現させることです。
【具体的な業務例】
・プロジェクトサポート：
- ミーティングの調整・サポート、プロジェクト資料作成・更新、他
・PC及びOA機器の運用管理サポート：
- トラブルシューティング、ユーザーサポート、タスクの進捗管理、他
・ITアセット管理（データ更新作業）
・各種ソフトウェア類の更新管理サポート
- 更新情報などをヘルプデスクチームに定期的に共有、更新作業状況を確認
- 更新作業の進捗状況の管理
・報告書または技術文書作成による、エンジニアリングチームサポート

- OSやOA機器の運用管理に関わる実務経験
- ユーザーとしてのデータベースに関する基本的な知識
- ユーザーとしてのJIRAやConfluenceなどの管理ツールに関するある程度の知識
- ネイティブレベルの日本語力
- 中級程度の英語
