Description

  • Lead innovation projects for the sweet platform, from concept to launch (packaging, communication, activation).

  • Develop long-term strategies to expand the brand in Japan's sweet indulgence and out-of-home categories.

  • Collaborate with global/local cross-functional teams (R&D, insights, agencies, distributors) to deliver impactful launches.

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships in out-of-home channels, including co-branding, new formats, and professional culinary solutions.

  • Track and analyze brand and business performance, ensuring profitability and ROI optimization.

  • Manage the P&L for the brand, aligning budgets with overall business strategy.

  • Excellent communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to deliver practical, results-driven solutions.

  • Comfortable working in a multinational environment with multiple stakeholders.
