Description
Lead innovation projects for the sweet platform, from concept to launch (packaging, communication, activation).
Develop long-term strategies to expand the brand in Japan's sweet indulgence and out-of-home categories.
Collaborate with global/local cross-functional teams (R&D, insights, agencies, distributors) to deliver impactful launches.
Build and manage strategic partnerships in out-of-home channels, including co-branding, new formats, and professional culinary solutions.
Track and analyze brand and business performance, ensuring profitability and ROI optimization.
Manage the P&L for the brand, aligning budgets with overall business strategy.

5-8 years' experience in marketing, ideally in FMCG with exposure to innovation and brand management.
Strong P&L management skills and ability to steer business performance.
Proven track record in launching new products and developing marketing strategies.
Excellent communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to deliver practical, results-driven solutions.
Comfortable working in a multinational environment with multiple stakeholders.
