Job Description

The Talent Manager will oversee the entire recruitment cycle for retail and corporate. This includes sourcing, interviewing, advising hiring managers, extending job offers and helping to onboard employees that will add to the company's values and culture.

Description

  • oversee entire retail recruitment cycle
  • build pipelines and deep networks of diverse talent
  • help to foster a culture of inclusive recruitment practices
  • partner closely with leadership, hiring managers and HR colleagues on hiring strategies, people movement and pipeline management
  • identify recruitment gaps and provide solutions with tools, skills and best practices to enhance the recruitment experience
  • support on employer branding

Required Skills

A successful Talent Partner should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • retail or customer focused industry experience preferred
  • track record of success with a variety of recruiting methods, including direct sourcing, social recruiting and classic techniques
  • stakeholder management ability with internal and external counterparts
  • experience working with technology tools related to applicant tracking systems and candidate databases
  • ability to speak fluently in Japanese with business level English
  • core values of connection, fun, inclusion and courage
