商業部門の営業担当者に対し、製品知識や営業スキルを提供するトレーニングを企画・実施します。グローバルおよび国内のリーダーと連携し、日本市場のIVDセールスの成長を牽引する重要な役割です。

- 営業担当者に対する商業・製品トレーニングの企画、開発、提供
- 学習者の能力評価とフィードバック提供
- グローバルチームと連携したトレーニング資料の翻訳・調整
- 年次認定・評価制度の運営サポート
- 国内外（ポーランド・米国）への出張によるトレーニング実施
- リーダーシップ・プレゼンテーション・コミュニケーション等のソフトスキルトレーニングの企画・運営
