顧客からの注文処理および請求書・納品書などの営業関連書類の発行
仕入先および物流業者との出荷・納品に関する調整
社内システムへの売上・在庫情報の正確な記録管理
営業チームの事務業務およびレポート作成のサポート
顧客および仕入先とのメール・電話での対応
見積書や簡易契約書の作成補助
応募要件:
英語でのコミュニケーション能力(最低B2レベル)
チェコ語、スロバキア語、日本語のいずれかができれば尚可
Microsoft Office(Excel、Word、Outlook)の操作に習熟していること
事務職またはバックオフィス業務の経験
細部への注意力と高い組織力
マルチタスク管理ができる方
