We are looking for a talented Principal Engineer to join our diverse CMP team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing process capability indices to achieve operational goals..
Responsibilities
Monitor process performance metrics on qualified processes and establish robust controls to sustain optimal performance
Ensure that all critical quality indices meet required standards
Drive process improvements through the application of quality tools and methodologies
Troubleshoot out-of-control conditions and determine lot disposition in out-of-spec situations
Resolve process issues, develop Corrective Action Standards (CAS), and establish procedural specifications, collaborating with other departments to develop new recipes
Oversee all SPSR, MRB, TECN statuses, and follow-up actions
Collaborate with equipment and manufacturing engineers to achieve module targets
Work closely with internal and external customers to enhance yield and quality
Promote productivity improvements via process adjustments, documentation, and leveraging process capability; partner with equipment engineers to maximize equipment efficiency
Initiate and develop new equipment processes, including process characterization and development
Perform shift duties as required
Organize and lead training sessions for AEs/Technicians to upgrade their technical skills
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Microelectronics Engineering, Chemical, Physics, Material Science, or equivalent
4 to 8+ years of relevant experience preferred for the Section Head position
A strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
