シンガポールに拠点を置く、世界的な船舶ブローカー（Ship Broker）にて、日本市場への戦略的拡大の一環として、日本語対応可能なシップブローカーを募集しています。
【ポジション】Ship Broker - Japanese Speaking
【仕事内容】
日本の船主、傭船者、商社、造船所との関係構築・維持
売船・傭船に関する交渉および取引の仲介
市場動向の分析と、クライアントおよび社内チームへのレポート提供
契約書や関連書類の作成・確認の補助
社内のブローカーやサポートチームと連携し、円滑な取引実行を支援
会議、業界イベントなどでの会社代表としての活動（特に日本関連）
【求める要件】
日本語のネイティブレベルの会話・読み書き能力（クライアント対応のため）
シップブローカー、船主、オペレーターでの経験がある方歓迎
優れた対人スキルと交渉力
自発的に行動でき、チームでも個人でも柔軟に働ける方
日本のビジネス文化や慣習に精通している方は尚可
【その他】
給与・福利厚生は経験・スキルに応じて決定
