会社概要
主に日本（約9割）を中心に、アジア・欧米向けの特注品を製造。
サラブリ工場は輸出加工区に位置し、グループ全体の製造・物流拠点として機能。
ブリラム工場では、女性向け製品の一貫生産、男性向け製品の仕上げ・検査・補修などを担当。
職務内容
タイ工場で製造現場の管理をお任せします。
■オーダー受付から始まり、工場規格の管理、納期の調整・交渉、品質トラブルへの対応まで、製造工程全体に関わる業務
■生産管理の枠を超えて、現場全体を見渡しながら、製造部門・品質管理・資材調達など各部署との連携による、工場運営の改善
■日本本社との密なコミュニケーションを通じた、品質・納期・コストのバランス構築
■タイ人スタッフとの連携
【必須条件】
■ものづくりの現場管理(特に品質・生産管理)に興味をお持ちの方
■サラブリもしくはブリラムに住んで長く勤務可能な方
【歓迎条件】
■現場のタイ人とスムーズなコミュニケーションが取れる方
■生産管理の経験をお持ちの方
