JAC’s client, a Japanese consulting firm in HCMC, is looking for a M&A Tax and Financial Manager position
Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Job Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of Tax Due Diligence and Financial Due Diligence
• Research in tax and financial matters when entering the Vietnamese market
• Tax structuring research for mergers, acquisitions and restructuring operations, including analysis of tax loss carryforwards and unrealized profits
• Financial modelling and valuation
• Monthly, quarterly and annual accounting and taxation work (including audit support)
• Transfer pricing taxation
• Tax-related HR work (including social security calculations and procedures, payroll-related calculations, etc.)
• Tax Audit-related work
• Other tax and financial services requested by clients.
• In addition, the following tasks for our company are also performed as ancillary responsibilities
• Preparation of financial statements
• Annual and monthly tax calculations and tax returns
• Communication with Auditor

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance
• Fluency in spoken/written Vietnamese and English language
• Over 3 -5 years of experience working at a tax or financial advisory firm or M&A advisory firm
• Having experience in advisory services including but not limited to TDD (Tax Due Diligence) and FDD (Financial Due Diligence)

• Having experience in tax correspondences and tax audits

   

• Possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities
• Advantageous to possess experience with accounting systems, i.e. Xero, SAP, etc.
• Advantageous to possess knowledge on transfer pricing and/or accounting, especially VAS
