Job Description
■Production Engineer (Japanese Speaker)
Ensure that all policies are followed at all times.
Responsible for assuring the Quality of the products and processes and environment are controlled.
Directing, monitoring and controlling the activities of the Section.
Setting target, maintain and initiate improvement plan.
Participates in the development of design and installation specifications of products.
Provide feedback / report to superior regarding any claims / problems.
Ensure root cause analysis done by suitable method, provide corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure all non-conformances are raised timely closed and effective.
Develops engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect plant operations.
Guides efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities and control system.
Maintain the environment (Social, Psychological & physical) necessary for the operation of processes.
Regular meeting with ALPS Japan.
