A fast-growing startup transforming electric vehicle (EV) fleet management is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to ensure secure, stable API performance. You'll work closely with backend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver reliable web applications, helping businesses decarbonize logistics across Japan and Asia.

• Perform detailed manual testing of web apps using Vercel deployment links
• Communicate with customers to align quality expectations
• Identify, log, and manage bugs using GitHub and Linear
• Validate new features and ensure functionality before release
• Design and execute test cases and checklists for web platforms
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers
• Conduct regression testing and maintain test documentation

必須条件 経験・資格：

• QAまたは手動テスト経験2年以上（WebアプリまたはSaaSでの経験が望ましい）
• UI/UXのフローに対する高い洞察力
• チーム開発・部門横断プロジェクトへの参加経験

• Vercelデプロイリンクを用いた手動テストの経験
• GitHubを使ったバグ管理・チーム連携
• システムアーキテクチャに関する基本的な理解
• テストケースの設計・実行スキル

• 顧客やチームとのコミュニケーション能力
  

• 日本語： ビジネスレベル〜流暢（社内外対応）
• 英語： ビジネスレベル（チーム内コミュニケーションあり）

• Linearなどのプロダクト管理ツールの使用経験
• スタートアップ環境でのマルチタスク・自主性のある業務経験

• 2+ years in QA or manual testing, ideally in web apps or SaaS
• Familiarity with UI/UX workflows and user scenario testing
• Cross-functional team collaboration experience

• Manual testing using Vercel deployment links
• Experience using GitHub for issue tracking
• Understanding of high-level system architecture
• Knowledge of test case creation and execution

• Detail-oriented mindset
• Clear communication with stakeholders

• Japanese: Fluent
• English: Business-level

• Familiarity with Linear or similar product management tools
• Background working in fast-paced startup environments
