- 企業戦略の立案および実行支援
- 市場分析とデータを基にしたレポート作成
- 経営陣への提案資料の作成とプレゼンテーション
- 業務プロセスの効率化と改善策の立案
- 他部署との連携によるプロジェクトマネジメント
- リスク管理およびコンプライアンスのサポート
- 予算管理およびコスト分析の実施
- 新しいビジネスチャンスの特定と提案
