■職務概要：

新工場の立ち上げに伴い、工場建設前～完成後の工場運営まで一貫して従事いただきます。

■職務内容：

・新工場の立ち上げに関する計画策定、進行管理

・生産ラインのレイアウト設計・整備・導入

・生産プロセスの最適化および品質管理

・チームリーダーとして、スタッフの教育、育成、マネジメント

・生産スケジュールおよび在庫管理、調整業務

・コスト管理や予算策定及び収益管理、経営陣への報告業務
