Job brief
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting & General Affairs Manager to manage our day-to-day financial operations and support a part of company-wide administrative functions in Japan. This role will cover a wide range of tasks, from accounting and budgeting to compliance, reporting, and general office administration. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, multicultural startup environment.
Your duties will include handling bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, invoicing, managing vendor payments, overseeing payroll, and ensuring compliance with tax and labor regulations. You will also provide support for general affairs, such as contract administration, and coordination with external service providers.
