<仕事内容>
当初は幹部候補生(トレーニー)として店舗(平均従業員数約80～120人)にて勤務、顧客サービスや店舗・従業員マネージメント、各種分析、レポートなどを習得していただき、将来の店舗支配人を目指していただく。
<勤務時間>
週６日勤務、平日休み、８時間勤務(含：３０分食事休憩)
