IT・人事・経理・広報などの領域で、グループ全体の運営を支援
職務内容
監査法人の中途採用業務全般（企画〜実行）
採用施策・イベントの企画立案
採用プロセス管理、人事面接・オファー対応
採用媒体・エージェント管理、折衝
ダイレクトソーシング企画・採用ブランディング推進
ビジネス側の役員（パートナー）との連携
条件・待遇
勤務形態：週1回出社、基本リモート勤務
組織構成：人事部採用課 計9名（中途採用担当4名）
