■職務概要：
工事施工管理者として、以下業務を担当いただきます。
■職務内容：
・住宅開発プロジェクトにおける建設工事の施工計画立案と工程管理
・現場での施工品質・安全・進捗の管理、ならびに是正対応
・各種施工図、設計図面の確認と施工精度のチェック
・業者（サブコン）や作業員への指示・監督・工程調整
・定例会議・進捗報告資料の作成および関係部門・経営層への報告
・現地スタッフへの日本式施工管理手法の教育・指導
