■職務概要:
HR & Admin Divisionにて以下を始めとする業務に従事いただきます。
■職務内容:
・駐在員関連業務の書類手続き
・駐在員の円建て給与計算、経費精算、子女の学費管理、休暇申請、医療費申請等の事務対応
・本社人事部および駐在員との各種連絡調整
・総務業務全般(日本人駐在員関連の各種手配、本社との調整など)
・FRRO(外国人登録)・ビザ申請関連の手続き
・SAPシステムを使用した給与処理、税務処理、会計関連の業務フロー処理
・アシスタントゼネラルマネージャー(AGM)のサポート業務
