社内インフラの安定運用とセキュリティ強化、さらに日本本社と外部ベンダーとの橋渡し役として、グローバルなプロジェクトに関わるエキサイティングなポジションです。技術力とコミュニケーション力を活かし、組織のIT基盤を支える重要な役割を担っていただきます。
職務内容
- クラウドサービスやユーザー端末を含む社内ITシステムの管理・運用
- ITサポート依頼への対応および技術的な問題の解決
- ユーザーアカウント、アクセス権限、認証情報の管理
- ネットワークパフォーマンスの監視およびセキュリティログの確認
- サイバーセキュリティ対策の導入と監視
- ITセキュリティ基準および社内ポリシーの遵守
- 日本本社からのセキュリティ監査依頼への対応
- 日本本社と外部ベンダー間のネットワーク統合プロジェクトにおける調整業務
- ベンダー見積もりの確認、発注書・契約書・請求書の処理
- プロジェクト進行中の課題や遅延の調整・解決
応募要件
- ITインフラの運用・管理経験
- クラウドサービスやユーザー端末の技術的知識
- サイバーセキュリティに関する基本的な理解と実務経験
- 日本語と英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力
- ベンダーとの調整・交渉経験
- プロジェクト管理スキル（進捗管理、課題解決など）
- セキュリティ監査対応の経験があれば尚可
