【仕事内容】
シンガポール拠点にて、船舶オペレーションチームのマネジメントを担当していただきます。

・船舶オペレーション業務の全体管理

・コスト管理および業務効率化の推進

・チームメンバーの指導・育成・評価

・緊急対応およびトラブルシューティング

・顧客との折衝

・日本との連携

・オペレーションの最適化、マニュアル化

・業務プロセスの改善提案と実行

【求める要件】
・顧客、日本本社との連携のため、ビジネスレベルの英語力、日本語ネイティブレベル

・船舶オペレーションの知見、経験がある方（バルク船の経験がある方は尚可）
・チームマネジメント（監督、育成、配置）の経験がある方

・高いコミュニケーション能力と調整力
