Job Description

• Gather requirements, design, test, and deploy ICT solutions and technologies.

• Lead IT-related projects, including scoping, solution presentation, and implementation.

• Interact with customer IT departments to integrate solutions within their IT environments.

• Provide post-implementation support to customers.

• Support the commercial/sales team in RFPs, tenders, and proposals for IT projects.

• Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure successful project implementation.

• Communicate with solution business units in the USA and Japan on enterprise and IT solutions.

• Train channel partners on enterprise/ICT solutions across various product portfolios.

• Support regional teams on enterprise project sales and implementation as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.

• Native level Japanese speaking skill to communicate with Japanese clients. 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare informatics field.

• At least 3 years of experience in configuring, integrating, and implementing solutions with EMR systems and medical device integration.

• Experience with HL7, DICOM, XML, and EMR integration and mapping.

• Understanding of clinical workflows and operations is an advantage.

• Knowledge of hardware and software configuration for servers (Windows/Linux), virtual machines, networks, and cloud solutions.

• Familiarity with network (switch/routing), wireless networks, and CCNA certification is an advantage.
