Job Title: Service Engineer
Job Location: Bangalore/Chennai
Educational Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering domain from Mechanical/Electrical or similar field.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support, service, installation, repair and maintenance.
- Demonstrate the company's product during customer onsite visit.
- Conduct market survey to identify customers need and market potential.
- Contact customers to coordinate outstanding issue.
- Generate monthly service report to summarize monthly performance and forecast following month's equipment service and sales.
