Job Roles and Responsibility:
1. Production planning meeting to formulate long-term production plans
(1) Formulate basic plans for optimal production systems (production)
(2) Extract and organize production issues
2. Planning and deciding on in-house or out-of-house parts production (FC activities)
(1) Consider and decide on in-house or out-of-house production and production locations for new products and parts deployment
(2) Decide on in-house or out-of-house production for new products and outsource or in-house production of important parts
*Important parts follow the approval rules
(3) Consider and decide on review of production locations for initial parts due to the launch of new parts
3. Key project new car progress management Production preparation milestone meeting
(1) Adjust and agree on production preparation roles
(2) Adjustment, agreement and decision of production preparation schedule
(3) Activity FC Milestone management based on regulations
(4) Schedule adjustment and progress management for CV/number prototype
(5) Design change change adjustment and progress management
4. Work related to production preparation arrangement
(1) Formal arrangement work related to production preparation Production preparation
(2) Work related to design change/allocation change Production preparation
(3) Information dissemination of customer information within the company Production preparation
(4) Number of units planning Production preparation
5. Number of units parts management
(1) Design change change adjustment and progress management
(2) PDM, host parts list management (design change, production location/in-house/outsourced change)
6. Overseas priority project new car progress management
(1) Milestone management (hosted by overseas business entity)
(2) Coordination and agreement of production preparation role/production preparation support
(3) Activity FC (powertrain/body and steel fields), milestone management overseas based on regulations

(4) Global parts list maintenance management
7. Production management work
(1) Mid- to long-term equipment load man-hour forecast and countermeasures
(2) Compiling domestic factory and domestic business entity operation plans and production management for countermeasures against issues
(3) Productivity improvement (cost reduction) activity secretariat work
(4) Production countermeasure headquarters in emergency situations
(5) Manufacturing standard management
8. Logistics management work
(1) Promotion of customer delivery, inter-factory and contractor logistics management
(2) Promotion of transportation cost reduction target management and mechanism for achieving it
(3) Promotion of customer cost recovery for transportation and container purchase costs (sales)
(4) Calculation of reduced production volume due to customer operation suspension and information provision
9. Overseeing departmental policies, personnel affairs, and budgets
(1) PDCA management of departmental initiatives (policy management)
(2) Human resource development and personnel affairs
(3) Budget management
(4) Creation, revision, and abolition of company regulations and internal rules for the department
(5) Creation, revision, and abolition of division of duties for the department
(6) Creating a work environment and culture (including CSR)
