COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client operates as a diversified general trading and investment firm across nine business sectors—including energy, chemicals, infrastructure, and consumer services—with a network in 15 Asia Pacific countries, supporting global business.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support contract execution and ensure accurate records in internal system.
Coordinate bank payments (AP/AR), DP/LC, and track payment status.
Handle vessel nominations and shipping coordination by liaising with counterparties, shipping agents, and internal teams to arrange nominations and monitor shipping schedules.
Prepare and verify document instructions and shipping documents to ensure compliance with contract and country-specific requirements.
Support daily operational tasks and ensure procedural compliance – Work across internal teams (trading, finance, logistics) to maintain operational flow and adhere to SOPs.
Based in Singapore and responsible for the execution of operations for business targeting Southeast and Southwest Asia.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Preferable Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
1 -2 years in trade operations or shipping, preferably in grains trading or commodities in general.
Experience with container shipments is a must; bulk shipping experience is an advantage.
