COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is a diversified Singapore-based construction and engineering conglomerate offering services in general building, infrastructure development, steel fabrication, property development, and machinery sales and leasing through its various subsidiaries.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare tender submission;
Proficient in quantity take-off, sourcing for downstream vendors;
Prepare and analyze tender costing;
Identify and initiate claim for variations to contract;
Administer contract to ensure compliance and conformance; and
Resolve dispute with stake holders to finalize project account.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
Knowledge in Standard Forms of Contract (PSSCOC/REDAS/SIA);
Able to work independently and be a good team player as well
Possess people skills with the ability to integrate within a multi-disciplinary team and communicate with external consultants and clients
