JAC’s client a U.S. debt relief company, looking for a Debt Consultant Team Leader / Manager position.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Job Responsibilities
Team Supervision & Development
Directly oversee and guide a team of outbound Debt Consultants handling phone-based sales.
Conduct regular team check-ins (daily huddles), one-on-one coaching sessions, and monthly reviews to support ongoing performance improvement.
Monitor individual and team activity through CRM dashboards, call logs, and compliance reports to ensure adherence to standards.
Recruitment, Onboarding & Training
Deliver onboarding programs, ensuring new hires are trained and certified in the U.S. debt relief process.
Provide continuous learning opportunities through refresher training, call shadowing, and real-time coaching.
Performance Management & Reporting
Take ownership of team performance by tracking key metrics: contact rate, enrollment volume, cancellation rate, average deal size, and talk time.
Coordinate with U.S.-based operations and QA teams to maintain service excellence.
Regularly drive motivation within the team to exceed sales goals and expectations.
Analyze data and generate weekly performance summaries, delivering actionable insights to the CEO.
Job Requirements
A university degree is mandatory; candidates with backgrounds in Business or Finance will be prioritized.
Exceptional command of English, with a clear and neutral or North American accent.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience leading teams in telesales, financial services, or BPO environments.
Demonstrated ability in team leadership, coaching sales performance, and managing sales funnels effectively.
Competent in using CRM platforms and thriving in fast-paced, high-volume operational settings.
Must be highly self-driven, detail-oriented, and possess strong ownership of tasks and outcomes.
Open to working overnight shifts to match U.S. time zones.
Prior academic or living experience in the U.S. or Canada is a significant asset.
Familiarity with the U.S. credit system, financial culture, or debt relief industry is considered a plus.
