Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet annual targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and sales agents
- Conduct product and sales training sessions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Manage inventory levels and model mix in the local warehouse
- Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events
- Support and coach assigned sales agents
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the machinery or equipment industries
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel extensively across the region
- Fluent in English and Thai languages
