We are looking for a System Analyst Manager with highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to lead our system analysis team. As a key part of our IT leadership, you will be responsible for aligning business goals with technology solutions. You will manage the design, development, and implementation of system solutions that improve operational efficiency and support business growth. 

Responsibilities
 

• Lead and mentor a team of system analysts to deliver high-quality system solutions

• Spearheaded the development and deployment of innovative software solutions tailored to business needs.

• Proficient in enterprise-level technologies including J2EE (Struts, Spring), web services, and modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, with hands-on experience in JSON, AJAX, RESTful APIs, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.

• Collaborated with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into comprehensive technical documentation.

• Created detailed system and process diagrams to visualize workflows and support development planning.

• Led system integration and user acceptance testing efforts, documenting outcomes and ensuring alignment with specifications.

• Designed data models and generated database schema scripts to support application functionality.

• Managed concurrent development initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards across projects.

• Facilitated partnerships with external vendors for outsourced software development and technical consulting.

• Provided database support, including SQL management across production and testing environments.

• Contributed to the design and documentation of system architecture and functional requirements for new software initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in system analysis

• Strong knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

   

• Strong experience in developing and implementing Web Application using PL/SQL for oracle database

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent in English both writing and speaking.
