＜ポジション概要＞
インド現地法人の設立・立ち上げに関わり、将来的にはインド法人の社長として事業運営を担っていただける候補者を募集しています。 まずは現地法人の中核メンバーとして参画いただき、段階的に経営をお任せしていく想定です。
＜業務内容＞
・インド市場における事業戦略の立案および実行
・日系・ローカル企業への営業活動および新規案件の開拓
・日本本社およびグループ会社との連携・報告業務
・現地法人の体制構築、採用、マネジメント
・将来的にはインド法人社長としての経営を担っていただく想定

・製造業（電子機器、設備、産業用装置など）での業務経験
・日系企業における海外現地法人の立ち上げ経験
・インドの文化・商習慣への理解のある方
